Before and After Care
Before Care
Before Care is offered to students from JK to Grade 6.
There is supervision provided at the Junior School for all students beginning at 7:45am in the Library. Drop off for Before Care is at the Yonge St. entrance.
After Care
After Care is available for students in JK through Grade 5.
Students in Grade 6 may choose to stay for an Extra Help/Homework Club from 3:30pm - 4:30pm. If they are not picked up or dismissed afterward, they will transition to After Care at 4:45pm.
The After Care program begins at 3:45pm and runs until 5:45pm. Students can also join at 4:45pm following a co-curricular activity. Pick-up is at the Yonge Street entrance.
After Care provides students with a seamless transition from the school day into a familiar, safe, and welcoming environment where they can complete homework, play indoors, relax, and enjoy a snack.
After Care operates on all regular school days, except during early closings, professional activity days, holidays, snow days, or other school closures.
Students in JK–Grade 5 who remain on campus at 3:45pm. and are not attending co-curricular activities will be placed in After Care.
Students in Grade 6 who remain on campus at 4:45pm. will be placed in After Care.
Fees
After Care fees are included in the tuition for JK and SK students.
For Grade 1-6 students, the After Care Fee Structure is as follows:
For up to 1 hour of aftercare, there is a flat fee of $15.00.
For example:
3:45pm - 4:30pm = $15
4:45pm - 5:45pm = $15
Students who spend more than an hour in aftercare will be charged a flat fee of $25.00.
For example:
3:45pm - 5:45pm = $25
3:45pm - 4:50pm = $25
